Naked Yoga - Couples Edition May 2023

This 60mins session will consist of empowering & celebration of our naked bodies, also honouring YOU & all of your divinity. It is about getting naked in both aspects of the word, physically & metaphysically. Liberating humans’ bodies by seeking like-minded souls across all ages, shapes, colours & sizes.

A serene evening spent journeying through exploration, it is gentle facilitation into vulnerability, self-acceptance, truth & union as you’re guided through the integration of relaxation, yoga & meditation. Held in a safe space to help you feel confident, we invite you to simply surrender yourself. It is about undressing & addressing our body image woes through the shedding of layers (physically & emotionally).

We begin the process to lift the veil of illusion & enter into our deepest truth, embodying the beauty that is always & was always within you. This journey encourages you to dig deeper into your soul & reclaim your true inner power.
