How the class works

• This is a all levels mixed class where everyone will follow a set syllabus to learn and practice at the same time

• The instructor will go round teaching each student the chapter in the syllabus most suited to the student to progress

• The chapters in the syllabus start from basic to full suspension 

• Students will have to pass the assessment for the current chapter they are learning before progressing to the next chapter

How the assessment works

• Students can pre-inform us after they have booked a workshop slot or inform us during the class that they will like to be assessed, on a first come first served basis

• Please note that all students will be assessed based on KM.C syllabus and requirements

Class Size

Maximum 16 pax

Dresscode

• Form fitting, comfortable or gym wear. Something that does not have dangly bits. For ladies with long hair, do bring your hair ties.

KM.C Fun & Foundation Workshop/ Basics

Equipment Required

• Jute/ Hemp ropes dependent on your level (Check out our store for rope purchases~)

• Safety Shears

• Quality Suspension Gear for the ones who are progressing into suspension
